Web15 Aug 2004 · Hi - have painted breeze blocks (in outbuildings) quite sucessfully just using ordinary emulsion paint - needs at least two coats,as the first just gets soaked up (may help if you seal with pva first) And if there are no problens with damp now,see no reason why painting should affect it.
